This position is based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?Strategy and Analysis
Develop and execute annual and monthly B2B marketing strategies tailored to key markets.
Continuously evaluate competitors’ products, prices, campaigns, and strategies to ensure our competitive edge.
Manage the B2B website with integrated e-commerce functionalities.
Handle the department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
Measure KPIs and ROI to optimize campaign performance and assess profitability.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports analyzing key performance metrics.
Coordination and Content Creation
Plan and coordinate product launches, including content creation for product pages and uploading to the e-commerce platform.
Develop promotional and informational materials, such as:
Newsletters tailored to all markets.
Social media content (calendars, posts, ads, and performance analysis).
Visual content packs, in-store materials, and flyers for B2B clients.
Presentations for the commercial team in collaboration with the design team.
Organize and manage trade fairs and marketing events in coordination with other departments.
Advanced Digital Marketing
Automate marketing workflows (CRM) to engage potential and existing clients effectively.
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to attract and convert B2B customers.
Generate leads through webinars, downloadable resources, and other digital tools.
Create, optimize, and manage ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
E-commerce Management
Personalize the B2B e-commerce portal according to client profiles.
Manage integrations with ERP and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.
Collaborative Marketing with Wholesale Clients
Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with wholesale partners to boost sales and visibility.
Create exclusive promotions, displays, and support materials for retail points of sale.
Coordinate joint digital strategies, including email marketing and social media initiatives.
Track and analyze results to refine future collaborative efforts.
Minimum requirements What are we looking for?
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategy and digital platforms.
Proficiency in creating and managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, as well as marketing tools like Salesforce or Sage.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
A passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry.
