Your contribution.
Partner with process owners and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document process improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses and eliminate waste Identify and analyse processes (from end to end) in B2B space, measuring the KPIs and providing recommendation for improving efficiency with respect to time and cost Responsible for developing and implementing governance processes Guide the implementation of changes and ensure a smooth transition to new processes Model Lead-to-Cash processes and data using tools such as TIMS, ERP/SAP, CRM and PowerBI Act as a Business Analyst, Business Focal Point and Reporting expert What makes you stand out.
At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile telecom technologies and deployment An  university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable degree Comprehensive understanding of theories and practices about infrastructure operations and maintenance Strong relationship building skills with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid communication skills Fluent German and English skills written and spoken (C1) What we offer.
