Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - EV Charging & Energy PlatformLocation: Hybrid (Barcelona Office)Languages Required: Bilingual in Spanish & EnglishRole Overview: Our client, a rapidly growing company in the electric vehicle charging and energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager. This role is crucial in expanding the EV charging and energy platform across various markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable energy and technology, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with installation partners, wholesalers, and automotive retailers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and sustain strong relationships with installation and distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers, and car retailers.Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence.Respond to inbound sales enquiries and proactively generate new leads to ensure a consistent pipeline.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring partners and customers feel valued and supported.Collaborate closely with the wider sales and customer support teams, ensuring all data is accurately captured in the CRM platform.Continuously analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost sales effectiveness.Travel nationally to meet with clients and partners, with occasional travel to the London office.Key Experience:Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and build strong client relationships.Self-Starter: Comfortable with cold-calling, lead generation, and taking ownership of your sales pipeline.Outgoing and Personable: Enjoy meeting new people, building authentic relationships, and driving solutions.Strong Communicator: Able to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools such as Slack, Jira, and Odoo is advantageous.Passionate: A genuine interest in sustainable solutions and the EV industry.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving goals.In-depth knowledge of the EV charging, solar, and energy sectors.Strong experience with CRM systems and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions.Work alongside a passionate team focused on making a positive impact in the world of sustainable energy.If you’re ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to the global transition to clean energy, please apply directly.
