Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - EV Charging & Energy PlatformLocation: Hybrid (Barcelona Office)Languages Required: Bilingual in Spanish (español) & English (inglés)Role Overview:Our client, a rapidly growing company in the sustainable energy (energía sostenible) and EV charging sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager. This role is crucial for expanding the EV charging and energy platform across multiple markets (mercados). The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology (tecnología) and sustainability, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key partners (socios clave), such as installation partners (instaladores), wholesalers (mayoristas), and automotive retailers (concesionarios automovilísticos).Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with installation partners (instaladores), wholesalers (mayoristas), and automotive retailers (concesionarios).Drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market presence (presencia en el mercado).Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate new leads (generación de leads) to maintain a consistent pipeline (pipeline de ventas).Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring partners (socios) and clients feel valued and supported.Work collaboratively with the sales and customer support teams, managing all data in the CRM platform.Analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise results (resultados).Travel nationally to meet with clients and partners, with occasional travel to the London office.Key Experience:Proven sales experience (experiencia en ventas) with a successful track record of meeting targets and building client relationships.Self-starter with a proactive approach to cold calling (llamadas en frío) and lead generation.Outgoing and personable, with a talent for building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions (soluciones efectivas).Strong communication skills, able to present technical information clearly.Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and tools like Slack, Jira, or Odoo.Passionate about renewable energy (energías renovables) and the EV sector (sector de vehículos eléctricos).Qualifications:Extensive experience in sales, particularly within the EV charging, solar, or energy (energía) sectors.Bilingual fluency in Spanish (español) and English (inglés) is essential.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment with global growth ambitions.Be part of a passionate team driving innovation in sustainable energy (energía sostenible).If this role is of interest, please apply directly or share your CV to joshua.green@everec.co.uk
