We are looking for candidates who contribute their innovative ideas and go-getter mindset to tackling future challenges.If you feel ready and think this opportunity is for you, we would be happy to meet you.Functions and responsibilitiesIntegration into an agile implementation team and its daily, weekly, and monthly liturgies to plan, refine, organize, and implement the different use cases in each iteration of the product.Review, optimize, design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Terraform and Argo CD for smooth and automated software delivery.Develop, deploy, and manage application infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability according with business needs and the current or improved definitions of our SLI/SLO.Help to the definition, implementation and improvement of our infrastructure observability (Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, responding to incidents and ensuring high availability throughout the stack: Grafana, Mimir, Tempo, Open Telemetry with Prometheus and/or Azure Monitor).Participate in our release processes through code reviews and the documentation of your work.Stay updated on emerging DevOps trends and cloud technologies, applying them to enhance and automate deployment processes.RequirementsYou are enthusiastic about new technologies and topics related to Data Management and Science, infrastructure and cloud architecture optimization.You are able to work in agile teams with focus in resolve problems in a consistent and reliable way, using best practices and orientation to customer.You have a solid knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), Pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) and automation tools (like Ansible, Bash, AZCLI, Powershell…).Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration.Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performanceProficiency in setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure or similar platforms, with strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines and version control (optional: using test automation frameworks).Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automating tasks and building tools.Ability to be creative and innovation-minded, self-motivated, and proactive.Fast adaptation to changing requirements and strong problem-solving skills.Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.You are ready to work with international teams and have good knowledge of English.What we offerYou will be part of an international team composed of people from different countries and backgrounds, where you will be able to share your experience and knowledge to achieve the team's vision and objectives.On top of this, as team member of the Development area, you’ll have a personal follow-up with your management team to help you understanding all business-related questions and guide you in your professional career.Our team: Internationally diverse, highly motivated, with confidence in our productWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package: lunch vouchers, health and dental insurance, transport, wellbeing, language classes, etc.ContactIf you are interested, please apply directly or send your CV to xavier.salra@agrupaglobal.com
