Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Non-legal contract experts primarily supporting the "Order to Remittance" phase of projects including managing commercial issues, customer and supplier relationships, claims, disputes and insurance.
Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law or Engineering from an accredited university At least 15 years of related work experience with minimum 10 years in a contract management role Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German Experience in preparation and negotiation of complex claims Experience in interpreting delay analysis and time extension Demonstrates contract management skill and analysis acumen to provide focused advice in commercial / transactional context Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management Ability to successfully work autonomously with senior internal and external collaborators.
