Contract.
Full time Senior Country Marketing Specialist As a Senior Country Marketing Specialist at Abiomed within J&J Medtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions within Poland.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
Responsibilities.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the needs and preferences of the target market in Poland.
Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements, working closely with the EMEA marketing team.
Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to localize marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging for maximum impact.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
Coordinate participation in industry-specific tradeshows, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility, scientific exposure, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders such as professional education, therapy awareness and training team to ensure alignment on strategies and support on execution.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for market expansion and product innovation.
Conduct market research to gain insights into local healthcare trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors.
Qualifications Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree highly preferred 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
