Engineering Manager Back Market is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead our Circularity Customer team (5 engineers).
Back Market's Trade-in program allows customers to sell their old tech devices for money.
It benefits customers by increasing their purchasing power, refurbishers by providing additional supply, and Back Market by generating repetitions on the website.
The objective of this team is to ensure that our customers are aware of Trade-in and get the best offer for the device they want to sell.
The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching people, cultivating a collaborative team, leading delivery, production operations, and continuous improvement.
As in Back Market, we lead by example, we expect the role to also be hands-on, so personal contribution is expected.
