  Your work-life opportunity As part of the controlling team within the Finance Performance department, you will play a key role by providing financial analyses and insights to the Company’s decision-makers.

Ensure management reporting completeness and accuracy, including adequate cost allocation Provide valuable financial analyses and insights to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers Actively contribute to the establishment of the annual budget and monthly reviews of the estimations Drive continuous cost optimization Ensure financial reporting compliance Create, enhance, and maintain financial dashboards and analyses Develop procedures and controls for your areas Support the implementation of the department’s projects Support the Company’s decision-makers with any ad-hoc requests Support in the monthly calculation of the intercompany transactions  You have.
3 or 4 years of experience in audit, accounting, and/or controlling Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting Advanced command of the English language Google Workspace expertise, especially in Excel An ability to manage relationships with different stakeholders in a fast-changing environment Passion for process improvement and cost optimization Analytical approach and deadline orientation Nice-to-haves.
Experience with SAP International exposure Spanish language Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
