You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, leading SEO efforts to boost organic growth, and leveraging HubSpot to manage and automate marketing campaigns. Your analytical skills will help us expand our reach and drive meaningful engagement across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:SEO Management:Conduct keyword research to inform SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, backlink acquisition, and technical improvements (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup).Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush.Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop SEO-friendly content that targets key audience segments.Optimize website content for SEO and user experience, including blog performance enhancement.Marketing Automation Platform Management:Serve as the go-to resource for HubSpot users within the organization. Provide training and support to ensure that team members understand how to use the platform effectively.Manage and optimize HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to design and execute visually engaging emails and landing pages for events across different regions, tailoring each campaign to the specific audience and market.Ensure that contact lists and customer data are well-maintained, clean, and segmented for effective targeting. Oversee data hygiene, deduplication, and data enrichment initiatives.Generate and analyze reports to measure the performance of campaigns, workflows, and overall marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the data.Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Typeform) to ensure data flows seamlessly across marketing, sales, and other business units.SEM Campaigns:Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Linkedin and Google Ads.Monitor and report on SEM campaign performance and ROI.Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy.We´re looking for someone who:Is fluent in English.3-5 years of experience working as an Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in an agency or tech company.Proven experience with tools such us: Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Linkedin ads, Automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBonus points:Experience in an AdTech companyFluent in Spanish or any other European languageCopywriting skillsWhat we offerA young, fun, and informal work environmentA competitive salary adjusted to your experienceAccess to a flexible benefits plan (plan de retribución flexible) with restaurant, transportation, kindergarten tickets and medical insuranceA Macbook with an external screenA great work location in the heart of Madrid with food, snacks, great coffee and even an arcade game machine!
