Apply today!The Senior Manager / Associate Director Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is first and foremost responsible for IT & Digital innovation reporting and planning. Regular tasks include monthly reporting, conducting variance analysis, assisting with the planning and LRP process for the business functions and ad hoc work on wider FP&A subjects.Responsibilities:Be the key finance contact for all Global Consulting Services (GCS) IT Projects, providing monthly/quarterly management reporting and interpreting the financial performance including foreign exchange impacts for the IT function leads & digital innovation projects;Contribute to improving the efficiency of the annual planning process by working together with the FP&A Director on administering a cloud-based planning platform;Provide clear explanations on financial performance to the IT lead & Digital innovation lead;Provide and improve the value tracking for the digital innovation projects;Provide financial advice to the IT function lead and the Digital Innovation lead on the IT/DI annual budget and 5-year Long Range Plan;Support the IT lead and Digital innovation lead in preparing business cases and managing their capital expenditure;Produce and present the Quarterly Financial Package on the digital innovation projects results and co-chair the quarterly finance related digital innovation meetings;Partner with Cencora IT finance leads on ad-hoc analysis requestsWork with Finance Controlling team to introduce a CER time tracking system (Clarity or equivalent) so that workforce capitalisation is correctly recordedAssist the business lead and finance lead in preparing digital innovation presentations for the division and Cencora corporate management;Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed and perform related duties as assigned by Management.Continually look for efficiencies, for example Technology grants accessible to the business, or the opportunity to offshore IT or DI resourcesEducation:Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA/Finance Master)Work Experience:At least 5 years relevant experience in handling accounts and financial reports in a pharmaceutical company (desirable).Skills And Knowledge:English language- written and spoken is essentialExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;A team player able to work collaboratively, including across different teams/departments;High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and accounting software (SAP and Hyperion);Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills and detail oriented, able to liaise at all levels of the organisation;Receptive to change and new ideas and able to generate new approaches;Able to work accurately and efficiently and meet tight deadlines;Able to work independently, with minimal supervision;Experience working with different exchange rates;Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management and budgetingFlexible in respect to working hours / infrequent travelWhat Cencora offers:We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
