This position plays a critical role in building a strong leadership culture and ensuring that the organization has the leadership talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.Job Responsibilities:Leadership Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive leadership pipeline and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission and strategic objectivesCompetency Framework: Define and refine the organizational and leadership competency framework and assimilate them into our Swissport cultureTalent Pipeline Management: Support succession planning efforts to identify and prepare high-potential employees to build a robust pipeline of ready leadersAssessment and Evaluation: Develop and lead the global portfolio of leadership assessments (360 Degree Feedback, DiSC, Hogan, etc.), advise on usage and best-in-class practices, and manage internal and external coaching poolsLearning and Development: Partner with the Learning Academy Team to design, deploy and manage leadership development programs utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective leadership learning that is aimed at building capability and bench strengthTeam Effectiveness: Build out our team and leadership effectiveness capabilities to enhance the performance, cohesion and collaboration of teamsStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and foster strong relationships with senior leaders, HR and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs, ensure program alignment and gain buy-in for leadership initiatives within their regionsMetrics and Analytics: Partner with leadership and HR to measure bench strength and determine the impact of leadership initiativesIndustry Trends and Best Practices: Maintain a strong connection to industry leaders of Leadership Development and continue development of personal and team subject matter expertiseRequired Experiences and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fieldExtensive knowledge of best practices in developing leaders and experience applying these best practices within organizationsProven results in design and delivery of programs and processes that build leadership bench strength (e.g., methods for selection, assessment, performance management, development, talent management/succession planning)Deep expertise in competency modeling and needs assessment and analysisProficiency in evaluation of leadership programsExperience in consulting to senior leaders on leadership issues and capability gapsExperience integrating competencies into organizational insights that build leadership bench strengthAbility to proactively manage large, multi-year projects to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are metExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyPassion for creating a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and inclusionWillingness to travel domestically and internationally, as requiredThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.It is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the incumbent.
