Senior Manager People Business Partner Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)Salary: Negotiable based on ExperienceBenefits: 15% Bonus based on base salary (individual and company performance dependant)+ Full Benefits Package.Candidates must be open to international travel for 20% of the time. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.About the Role Senior Manager People Business Partner (“People BP”), partners with the leadership team of a given function to determine business needs and drive decision-making processes and strategy for People specific matters.People BP collaborate with the other People Teams to directly contribute to reaching the organization's business objectives leveraging people capabilities. As such contributes to relevant business decisions as a member of the BU / Entity's leadership team.Successful People BP acts as a consultant, with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, owns the People Strategy, and is responsible for the implementation and followup.As a business professional exhibiting role model leadership behaviour, embracing a growth mindset, proactively seeking improvement and solutions, challenging the status quo, displaying resilience, and proudly championing cross-functional strengths.Key Duties: • Empowering and coaching the Leaders. • Building a high performing culture. • Increasing the capabilities of the organization: • Skills-based approach. • Strategic Workforce Planning. • Talent development & retention. • Performance management. • Employee experience. • Lead and facilitate change/transformation in the business. • Contribute to People Team efficiency and overall People Strategy of the business.What we are looking for Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent. • Member of Professional HR association preferred. • Graduate qualifications with 10+ years of HR generalist and/or organizational. development experience in a complex, competitive environment (high tech or service sector). • 5+ years in workforce management, including operating in a strategic and consultancy capacity. • International workforce management background.Key Competencies & Skills: • Experience working within a Technology/Telecommunications/Air Transport Environment. • Organizational knowledge. • Financial knowledge, Budget, Forecast. • Consultative Problem Solving. • Project management, Risk management. • Collaboration and Networking. • Persuasion and influence. • Data Foundation, Data Interpretation, Data Storytelling, Technological Savviness. • Strategic HR expertise. • Employee Experience Management. • Change Management. • Growth Mindset, Innovation, and Iteration. • Excellent oral and written language skills in English. • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills. • Ability to operate in a virtual, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.Candidates must be open to working Hybrid, 3 days office based, 2 days remote per week.
