Required Skills And Qualifications Experience.
3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Certification.
Good to have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Leadership.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Communication.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-Solving.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address and resolve issues.
Adaptability.
Flexible and open to changes in the project or team dynamics.
Empathy.
Ability to understand and support the team’s challenges and needs Working Experience into Data Domain / Business Intelligence & big Data analytics a plus.
