Committed staff members at our production, sales, and marketing companies ensure optimal customer and market support worldwide.Main PurposeAs part of the Iberia Leadership Team, the Senior Marketing & Medical Education Manager will report to the Iberia Sales & Marketing Director, based in Madrid. The main purpose of this role will be the Leadership and support of Karl Storz Spain Marketing Team: Product Managers/Product Specialists, Events and Medical Education Teams. Oversees product management, product marketing and medical education and external communication activities, encouraging cross functional collaboration, benchmark and best practice sharing.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, customer centric mindset and attention to detail.Core ResponsibilitiesDirect line management coupled with mentoring and support of Marketing team.Coordinates and reports on activity of Product Managers and ensures that it is in keeping with the company’s commercial goals and strategies.Encourages best practice in Product Management throughout product lifecycles: Product Selection, Positioning, Pricing, Promotion and launches.Where necessary, mentor or organizes continual professional development of Product Managers with best practice product managementWorks with both Operations and Sales in ensuring profitability and healthy business models of products across the portfolioWorks with Product Managers and Training Team to ensure product knowledge and competency amongst sales personnel, via a comprehensive and planned product training program.Works in collaboration with other internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales,…) to help ensure consistent and effective delivery of product value proposition to external stakeholdersEnsures product / asset investment is measured and best value for KSES and in line with strategic aims of KSESAdopts an integrated approach to sales & product marketing by encouraging positive communication and collaboration in both directions and seeking opinions from all customer facing personnel.
