SENIOR PARTNER - CUSTOMER SUCCESS (SPANISH SPEAKING)

Job Title: Partner - Customer Success (Spanish Speaking)Shift : 7:00AM to 4:00PM PST (US Shift)RemoteCompany Overview:Simplia Inc. is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions to ensuring seamless integration and superior customer satisfaction.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Partner - Customer Success professional who is fluent in Spanish and English. This individual will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our Spanish-speaking clientele, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.Responsibilities:-Engage with clients to understand their advertising requirements and objectives.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and the advertising agency to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking partners and customers, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and support.Requirements:Proven experience in sales and support within the digital advertising industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and customers.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of driving customer success and retention.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and why you are interested in joining Simplia Inc. as a Partner - Customer Success focusing on the Spanish-speaking market.
