Be a key stakeholder across projects, owning the design vision alongside top talent in an environment dedicated to crafting thoughtful, human-centered solutions.Only CVs submitted in English will be reviewed.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process.Identify and solve design challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data.Analyze and synthesize user research data to make informed design decisions.Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results.Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components.Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels. Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback in design reviews.Required Skills:At least 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies.Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes.Proven experience in crafting data visualization products that effectively simplify complex data and communicate insights. Create designs that reflect a deep understanding of Big Data visualization, while challenging the team to achieve top-notch, disruptive outcomes.Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in analyzing user research data and integrating findings into design.Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and lead discussions.Strong time management skills, capable of multitasking across multiple projects.Ability to provide clear and constructive design critique.Expected Behaviors:Contributes to the development and improvement of a design system.Takes full ownership of design projects, driving them to completion on time and within budget.Communicates design decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Solve design challenges independently, demonstrating critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
