Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Manager - Business Data to drive the strategy and execution of data-driven business processes within the AdTech industry. This role is at the intersection of product management, data modelling, and business process automation, requiring both strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of business operations.The ideal candidate has a strong ability to abstract complex business problems, translate them into structured data models, and design efficient data pipelines to support decision-making at all levels of the company. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and data teams to build self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and scalable data solutions that integrate seamlessly with Seedtag’s existing ecosystem.Your ChallengeBusiness Data Strategy & Management • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of business data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs. • Identify key business processes that can be enhanced or automated through better data structuring and workflows. • Design data models and schemas that reflect business realities while ensuring scalability and maintainability.Data Retrieval, Transformation & Integration • Work with multiple data sources (internal & external) to build reliable data pipelines. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. • Ensure data integrity and quality across various business functions. • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement DBT (Data Build Tool) transformations and optimize ETL processes.Business Process Optimization & Analytics • Define and monitor KPIs for business operations, working closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs. • Build and maintain dashboards & analytics tools for leadership and business operations using Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools. • Help translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business teams. • Automate recurring reporting needs and empower teams with self-service data solutions.Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to understand their data needs and business challenges. • Act as the bridge between technical data teams and business users, ensuring clear requirements and seamless execution. • Provide concise summaries and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.What You’ll Need to Succeed4+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.Proven ability to abstract and model complex business processes into structured data systems.Hands-on experience in SQL, database design, and data modelling.Experience working with BigQuery or similar data warehouses.Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation is a strong plus.Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an ability to navigate ambiguity.Excellent ability to summarize and communicate complex information in a clear and structured manner.A business-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of how data drives decision-making.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or digital media industries.Exposure to APIs and data integration between different business platforms.Why Join Seedtag?Growth & Opportunity: A key moment to join with vast career development prospects.Flexibility: At Seedtag, we trust you to balance work and life effortlessly with the option to work from home, the office, or even the beach in our hybrid mode.Learning & Development: Online courses in ODILO, and optional English or Spanish group classes.Inclusive Culture: We foster a supportive environment that values personal growth.Fun & Connection: Participate in team activities, company offsites, and more!Additional PerksFlexible benefits plan: Restaurant, transportation, and kindergarten vouchers.
