SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER PLATFORM DOMAIN

We're looking for a **Senior Product Manager with experience across various products to join one of our teams. This role requires full ownership of your area, the ability to work autonomously, and the skills to lead from both a strategic and execution perspective. You’ll need a self-starter attitude, thrive in ambiguity, and balance long-term vision with urgent execution. **What You'll Be Doing
As a **Senior Product Manager for the Platform domain at Factorial, you will:

Own the product area: Understand the current information architecture and how is related to all Factorial product teams. Define the product vision and strategy.
Lead the product execution: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to bring your vision to life. Define the roadmap including key initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our clients, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR space, identifying opportunities to create value.
Drive impact: Be accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and continuous improvement of the product.

**What We’re Looking For
You’re likely a great fit if you:

Have proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 5+ years with at least 3 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).
Have a technical background or deep understanding of technology. Ability to understand and simplify complex permission models so they are **intuitive and user-friendly.
Experience analyzing **usage data to refine and optimize permission models.
High interest in discovery and solution validation. Business-driven and obsessed with product scalability.
Are data-driven, setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch. You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.
Possess strong communication skills: You're confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally. You're comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.
Have GTM (Go-to-Market) experience: Our PMs are very GTM-driven, ensuring product launches are well-coordinated with Marketing and Sales.
Are comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
Comfortable working in a **scaling company where processes and priorities evolve quickly.
Ability to **push initiatives forward in an environment with multiple competing demands.
Speak fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, Italian, or German are highly valued).

**Bonus Points if You:

Have experience working on Permissions Management
Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.
Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.

**Compensation
**The salary range for this position is between 67.000€ (57.000€ fix + 10.000€ based on performance payed quarterly) and 76.500€ (65.000€ fix + 11.500€ based on performance payed quarterly).
