Learn more at: Our Company | Pearson plcRole overview and purpose: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to help set up and lead our Customer Experience Transformation squad comprising 5 developers, 2 QA and dedicated UX support. This role is essential for driving customer value and solving customer problems through strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with UX and development teams to translate research findings into a dynamic roadmap that enhances our customer experience for the upcoming year and beyond. The goal of the programme is to reduce friction in the user journey, improve data analytics capabilities across the single application, and managing an upgrade to our underlying systems architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, digital transformation, systems architecture and agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).Key Responsibilities:Champion Customer Experience & Focus on Customer Needs, ensure maximum customer value.Lead Transformation Initiatives and Manage Change ProcessDefine, Track KPIs and regular reportingProduct Development and Management.
