About NASH Renewables: We are NASH Renewables, a start-up company recently acquired by TotalEnergies, dedicated to developing software that accelerates the renewable energy transition. Our flagship software, NASH|Dev, improves the development and planning of wind and solar renewable energy assets, helping to build renewable energy projects faster and more effectively.Your Role: As a Senior Product Owner, you will act as the critical interface between our Product Management and Development teams, translating features from Product Management into well-defined, consumable tickets for the development team. You will work closely with both teams to ensure successful, sprints and the timely delivery of key product enhancements. Your deep understanding of complex B2B software and cloud technologies will guide your interactions with the development team, enabling optimal sprint execution and delivery.Responsibilities:Break down feature requirements into clear, actionable user stories and tasks, prioritising refined backlog items based on value, technical dependencies and complexity. Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that all feature requirements are fully understood and translated into technical specifications for the development team.Lead sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business and technical objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams during sprints, promptly addressing any questions or challenges.Continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring the team has well-defined tasks and is aligned with the sprint goals. Maintain an ongoing focus on product quality, collaborating with QA to ensure that features meet all acceptance criteria and quality standards.Leverage agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement in the development process and product delivery.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, preferably working on complex B2B software products.Strong experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, and a solid understanding of sprint-driven software development.Experience with cloud architectures, DevOps and software development practicesExcellent ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and user stories.Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.A collaborative, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on driving team success and delivering results.Experience in the renewable energy sector or a strong passion for contributing to environmental sustainability.Why You Should Join Us:A competitive salary with a flexible schedule.Hybrid work set-up with an office in Barcelona.The opportunity to work on meaningful projects in the renewable energy sector.A dynamic work environment in a rapidly growing startup with the backing of TotalEnergies.Regular team-building activities and a supportive, collaborative culture.
