SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER, ECOA

Job Overview.
Drives the eCOA product vision, roadmap, and strategy while fostering growth opportunities.
Leads initiatives to align the product with market trends and evolving customer needs, ensuring the delivery of high-value, innovative solutions.
Essential Functions.
\u Owns and evolves the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth opportunities.
\u Leads the development and execution of the product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and industry advancements.
\u Defines and monitors key success metrics, leverages data to drive insights, and partners with cross-functional teams to support and refine business strategies.
\u Translates strategic objectives and product roadmap features into detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
\u Sets priorities for product development, ensuring high-level requirements are effectively translated into actionable deliverables for development teams.
\u Serves as a trusted product expert, providing strategic and creative solutions to complex use cases and customer challenges.
\u Evaluates product progress through deliverables and outcomes, recommending enhancements based on customer feedback and internal goals.
\u Leads efforts to identify and mitigate impediments to ensure successful achievement of release\/sprint goals.
\u Acts as a mentor to junior Product Owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications.
Education.
\u Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field.
\u An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience.
\u+ years of experience in product management and\/or ownership, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
\u Proven track record of driving successful, high-impact products in healthcare technology or data-centric organizations.
\u Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable solutions.
Skills.
\u Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across teams.
\u Advanced ability to deliver against set objectives and timelines, demonstrated through roadmap execution and prioritization.
\u Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with proficiency in distilling complex challenges into actionable solutions.
\u Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.
\u Deep knowledge of healthcare technology, including familiarity with data-driven innovation and regulatory environments.
\u Expertise in translating high-level strategic goals into detailed user stories and actionable development plans.
\u Proven ability to proactively identify, address, and mitigate risks or impediments in development cycles.
\u Track record of mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their best performance.
