If you have a talent for understanding client needs, managing project operations, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results, we want to hear from you!We are IN, are you IN? 🔎About the role:Dedication: Full-timeWork model: Flexible, combining office work with teleworking Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)Project’s Lenght: Permanent💼 Main responsibilities:Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Management, some of your main tasks will be:Client Interaction:Understand and Define Needs:Serve as the primary contact for clients to understand and define project requirements.Identify client challenges and improvement areas to propose effective solutions.Provide insights and feedback to the team, identifying errors and areas for improvement.Maintain continuous and effective communication to align goals and expectations.Relationship Management and Retention:Obtain client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain strong relationships post-project, seeking future collaboration opportunities.Negotiation and Agreement Management:Negotiate project agreements, including budget definition and final offer.Manage revisions and adjustments ensuring financial and operational viability.Project Operations:Planning and Organization:Administer project setup and integration in tools like SAP, SharePoint, and ClickUp.Quantify workload and schedule tasks with detailed deadlines Break down projects into manageable tasks and reflect them in PM tools.Financial Management:Develop and manage project budgets, controlling forecasted and actual costs.Present project financials to management and clients.Task Assignment and Monitoring:Assign specific tasks to team specialists and ensure they are reflected in PM tools.Monitor project progress and present advancements and results to the client.Problem Resolution:Resolve issues or obstacles during the project lifecycle and escalate when necessary.Project Team Management:Role Assignment and Coordination:Assign roles and responsibilities within the team, communicating project needs and expectations.Monitor task progress and hours logged in SAP.Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, guiding the team towards project goals.Feedback and Feasibility:Obtain feedback from the team on timelines and project feasibility, adjusting plans as needed.Collaborate with specialists to clarify and validate technical aspects of the project.🎓Background & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or technical specialty areas complemented with previous PM training and/or experience.Over 5 years’ experience in management of transversal projects or PMO.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and collaborative tools (such as ClickUp)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.Ability to negotiate and manage agreements effectively.Financial acumen to develop and manage project budgets.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.Leadership skills to manage and coordinate project teams effectively.Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. ➡️ What we offer:Well-connected office with green spaces around 🌳Good working environment 👌Hybrid model of work: 3 days of telework, 2 from the office 🏠🏢 All Friday’s journey ends at 3pm ⏰Summer schedule during July & August 🌞Multicultural and dynamic team 🌎Free Language courses with native speaker teachers 💬Fun & well-being activities (teambuildings) 🎾Intracon benefits (discounts on health insurance, sport centers and more than 300 different brands) 🏷️As an equal opportunity organization, we recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, creed, colour, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or any other basis.**Please, note that, due to the number of CVs that we receive, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
