About your mission! - Make an impact ? Our team is in charge of the infrastructure behind one of the most important parts of the company\uour website, the place where users interact with our platform.
The site runs on Django, so we\ure primarily looking for a Python developer who\us confident with the language.
But don\ut worry, it\us not just Python\uyou\ull get to tackle a wide range of challenges along the way.
If you love learning new things and have a broad technical outlook, we\ud love to meet you! How You\ull Drive Success ? Breaking up the monolith & designing scalable microservices You won\ut just be cutting chunks out of our Django monolith\uyou\ull be creating independent services for a distributed architecture that runs across multiple data centers worldwide.
It\us a great chance to get into refactoring complex systems and learning best practices for building resilient services.
Developing & integrating new features in a high-load environment We\ure talking about handling millions of simultaneous users\uwhich means you\ull need to dive deep into backend performance, load balancing, API gateways, and monitoring tools.
You\ull learn how to make services interact efficiently and ensure top-notch performance under real-world loads.
Building services that scale & stay secure You\ull design service architectures from scratch, pick the right data processing, messaging, and streaming solutions, and implement them.
Working in a distributed environment, you\ull gain hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cool tech while learning how to build fault-tolerant systems.
Exploring different tech areas You won\ut just be coding\uyou\ull also collaborate with infrastructure experts and dive into network protocols, traffic routing, load balancing techniques, and more.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit ? 5+ years of software development experience Strong Python skills (2+ years of hands-on work) Good grasp of algorithms & data structures Experience with Django & DRF Ability to design solutions & choose the right tools Broad knowledge of modern backend web technologies Basic understanding of databases, messaging systems & data streaming Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) What Would Be Awesome (but Not Required) Experience building high-load, fault-tolerant services Knowledge of Unix systems, OS internals & networking Familiarity with frontend tech (JS, TS, React) Some experience with Go Experience monitoring high-load production systems It\ull also be an advantage if you have experience in.
