Senior Recruitment Consultant – Barcelona Contract Market - Technology€26,000 - €38,000 DOEWe are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented Tech recruiter with contract experience in their Barcelona office.Our client prides themselves on the ethos that if you treat your people properly, provide them with an environment that sustains them, supports them, and encourages them to reach their full potential - all while allowing them to be their full authentic selves, you’ll have a high performing group of people who want to invest their futures with them.With a young, ambitious team of 30, this multinational office have an inclusive, vibrant and social atmosphere.The Role: We are looking for a high-performing contract focused Recruitment Consultant to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients.You will gain international work experience with regular training and personalised support. For the right person, there will be the opportunity to grow your business with a progressive and structured career path.About you:You will have at least a 2-year track record of 360 recruiting, within the IT, Tech or Digital markets. This will be focused on contract/ freelance positionsExperienced in business development, as well as expanding and maintaining relationship with clientsExposure recruiting in France, Belgium, Germany or ItalyFluent English required Must have EU right to workBe confident, self-motivated and determinedArticulate, money-motivated and hungry for successGreat team player but also able to use your initiative to work independentlyBenefits:Starting salary between €26,000 - €38,000 DOE + generous commission scheme with fantastic earning potentialFlexibility – 2 days working from home, core hours between 10-1pm – 3-5pm, Mon-Thurs, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hoursRecognition – outside of commission, monthly incentives plus a chance to win oversees trips twice a year!Mental Wellbeing - €100 spend on wellbeing products and services each tax year, plus 2.5 days of leave to take at any time of the year to pursue mindfulness activitiesFor those relocating, you’ll benefit from the reduced tax incentiveApply NOW!
