Your contribution.
Partners with relevant business stakeholders, generates, maintains and implements Strategic Resource & Capacity dimensioning plans and Demand forecasting for Delivery and Operations workforce (internal & external) Develops capacity dimensioning and customer demand forecast processes (Forecasting)  Scales resources based on business needs (Resource Management)  Defines and implements Org Blueprint and standard roles  Implements and measures systems-based time and effort reporting (TIMS, SAP etc.)  Executes cost analysis and cost benchmarking, supports strategy setting to make strategic insourcing/outsourcing decisions    If and when needed, proposes additional Vendor efficiency and/or process metrics to measure vendor & internal efficiency and costs In collaboration with CTO Innovation and HR, identifies future workforce development and training needs What makes you stand out.
An university degree in the field of Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Manufacturing or a comparable degree Expertise and experience in resource, capacity, demand management,  forecasting  and  budget management Expertise in resource and financial management Previous Sales/Pre-sales, Finance, Supply Management and/or Logistics exposure is an advantage Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken, German skills is a plus What we offer.
