It has achieved carbon neutrality across its global operations by 2022 and will achieve carbon neutrality throughout its value chain by 2028.About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Management Specialist to join our organization in the renewable industry. As a Senior Sales Management Specialist, you are the interface between HQ and Europe sales team to support the major project initiation and daily operation, establish customer database, organize the key project analysis meeting, support to build up local LTC process, and the sales project process control. Key responsibilities:Major project initiation and daily operation: establish a project initiation mechanism and identify key projects; manage daily project operations; be responsible for key project evaluation mechanisms; build a pipeline of business opportunities and projects; regularly output pipeline data and analyze market capacity and country-specific conditions.Customer management: establish a main customer database and customer relationship management process, build the mechanism, and digitize customer management.Key project management: coordinate and arrange key project analysis meetings, follow up on meeting tasks to ensure closure, monitor project bidding status and stages, and help secure successful bids.Process development: build LTC processes, optimize the CRM system, draft and publish pre-sales process rules, and establish and optimize daily approval process rules.Quality and compliance: assist with compliance inspections, drive improvements in rules and processes, identify and train local compliance officers or quality representatives for international business, and build autonomous compliance management capabilities for the international business region.Qualification and expertise: 3 years or more of sales management experience (energy sector preferred, especially renewable energy)A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience;Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a solid network quickly.Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.In-depth understanding of the renewable energy field and familiarity with the industry.A proactive, strategic mindset with confidence in decision-making.Excellent command of the English and Chinese language (both written and spoken).Availability of at least 40 hours per week.What we offer:Competitive salary package in the market.An annual bonus based on company performance.An fast personal growth channel with cross Europe talent acquisition responsibility
