Responsibilities.
• Sales Support.
Assist Sales Executives in various aspects of the sales process, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and scheduling meetings.
• Proposal Development.
Contribute to the development of proposals, gathering necessary information and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Client Relationship Management.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries.
• Data Analysis.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Administrative Support.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus..
