As a Senior Salesforce Application Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Pune.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities Solution Design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and align with business demands Development.
Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions Integration.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications Troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and performance Documentation.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation of technical designs and delivered solutions Compliance.
Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards Requirements Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus Experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment Skills.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies Proficiency in SQL/SOQL Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment What's in it for you Care.
