In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Planning operations, ensuring the seamless performance of critical planning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionalities, and drive process improvements.What You Will Be DoingProvide expert-level operational support for SAP S/4HANA Planning solutions, addressing any issues that impact daily planning activities.Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of system performance issues to ensure the stability and efficiency of SAP planning processes.Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions that enhance the functionality of SAP S/4HANA Planning.Ensure smooth integration of SAP S/4HANA Planning with other modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and external systems.Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, enhancements, and operational processes.Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring full adoption of SAP S/4HANA Planning tools and best practices.Qualifications5-9 years of experience in SAP planning modules (e.g., SAP IBP, PP, or S/4HANA Planning), with a strong focus on operational support.Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Planning processes, functionalities, and integrations with other SAP modules.Proven experience in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and providing high-level support for complex planning systems.Ability to work independently and under pressure to resolve operational challenges promptly.Experience in SAP system upgrades, enhancement projects, and maintaining system stability.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.Additional InformationAt Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.We value employees who challenge the status quo through innovation, adapt to diverse client needs in ever-changing environments, and commit to continuous learning—for themselves and their colleagues.Why Fusion?
