We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategy Manager to join Farm Heroes Saga to develop and implement effective growth strategies and projects to bolster our brand in order to expand the audience and grow our game.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced S enior Strategy Manager to join the Farm Heroes Saga team.
You will be reporting to the Head of Strategy, and play a pivotal role in driving growth and new business development initiatives.
This is a senior role, ideal for someone with a strong background in incubating, leading, and executing strategic projects.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing key initiatives that drive the evolution and success of our game, expand our audience, and identify new business opportunities.
The role will i nvolve engagement with stakeholders, building business case analyses, project execution, progress measurement, status reporting and relationship management.

Your role within our Kingdom Strategic Project Incubation and Leadership.
Identify and seize opportunities to drive business expansion and growth Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to develop strategies aimed at enhancing the performance and profitability of the organisation and lead the incubation and execution of high-impact strategic projects that will drive Farm growth Develop and present compelling business cases to support new initiatives and influence decision making, incorporating financial analyses and projections.
Data-Driven Decision Making.
Interpret, utilise, synthesise and present first and third party data, includ ing player engagement data, industry trends, and competitive analysis, and translate to business recommendations to influence and guide strategic decisions.
Identify industry trends and insights, gaming best practices, and emerging opportunities to optimise project outcomes and business growth Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of critical initiatives and monitor performance against predefined objectives Driving Game Success.
Supports the d evelopment and implementation of strategies to expand game audiences and grow the Farm brand.
KPIs include DAU growth, player retention, new user acquisition and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress of strategic initiatives and present findings to senior leadership Business Development.
Support new business development opportunities, and partner with key stakeholders to drive initiatives to a successful outcome Support the Head Of Strategy with strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Support the development of investment frameworks and playbooks to drive growth at scale.
Skills to create thrills Established experience working in a strategy role with a focus in consumer products gained from management consultancy within product and or consumer/user experience, ideally in the media, entertainment, technology or similar space Strong track record of incubating, leading, and executing strategic projects that drive business growth.
Strategic thinking combined with delivery and operational effectiveness.
Ability to think creatively, frame and structure complex problems, and develop cost-benefit analysis Proven business acumen with strong problem solving and analytical skills, capable of interpreting quantitative data and transforming it into actionable strategies and business decisions.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker, and proficiency in data management using SQL, is highly desirable.
Vision and ability to see the bigger picture and translate it into innovative initiatives Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills combined with outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ability to influence, inspire and work with stakeholders across the business at all levels of the organisation in a fast paced and dynamic environment Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to King's values of curiosity, passion, respect, and fun.
