Role To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees.
Impact on Business – Service Delivery Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
•  Manage and own the vendor on-boarding process from start to finish • Builds relationships with stakeholders and acts as SME.
• Sets controls and drives process improvements to maximise efficiency.
• Organizes workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasks.
• Manages Internal and External Stakeholders  • Organize a call with VPC stakholders and Local Markets to manage process related issues • Perform periodic spend analyses to rationalize the vendor base • Work closely with members of the Finance and Legal teams to continuously make improvements to all vendor-related processes Key performance indicators.
• Monthly reporting of all of team activity • SLA and KPI performance • Tool enhancement and Digitization  • Process Improvmeent Initiatives / Projects Essential •    SAP Sourcing Knowledge Required •    Expertise in Supplier Onboarding domain •    Good in MS Excel and Presentation skills•     Desired.
