Your contribution.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure effective project delivery Define Assignment specification, Charter, Requirements & Scope, Change Control & Risk assessment, Resource & Project Time Plan (Milestones, WBS), Quality Plan, Progress Tracking and Reporting, Project Governance Identify areas for process improvement within PMO and collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards Report project performance metrics to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize projects that align with the company's strategic goals Develop and maintain PMO policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and build plans to implement and manage any change Provide training and coaching to project teams to enhance their project management skills What makes you stand out.
5 years of experience in project management or a related field, broad mobile telecom technologies and deployment, TowerCo and TIMS experience is a plus An university degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Manufacturing or a comparable degree Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards      Good knowledge on any of ITIL, PMP, LEAN, CMMI, DFSS, CIPP, CRCM, ISO, BPM, SAP Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar   Strong leadership and communication, planning, organisational and decision-making  as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Fluent English and German skills, spoken and written (C1) What we offer.
