SENIOR VEEVA ARCHITECT

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Senior Veeva Architect!What will you do?Execute by managing remote teams. Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.Help guide future direction: Active participation in strategy definition for the area of responsibility, this includes integrating IT strategy and broader business context. Liaise with and involve teams outside of own area where required. Document training materials for the product area. Support the Product Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams Implement effective IS/IT Change and Release Management / Test planning and execution / Incident and problem management practices. Lead continuous improvement activities where needed.Ensure proper usage of design & build, Compliance and documentations in line with organization's standards and methodology. Sustain 3rd Level: contribute to resolution of complex IM's, RM's and Problem tickets within the service level agreed with the markets.Which skills are required?Mandatory knowledge on Veeva CRM data model and Salesforce solutions such as Marketing cloud and personalization5+ years as Business Analyst with design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies. Experience in working with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and testing before release.Strong experience of development life cycle methodologies, working effectively with global environment of virtual teams (3rd party offshore suppliers)Requirements Gathering: Get a deep understanding of the business processes / best practices / challenges / key success factors and work with stakeholders (Headquarters, Markets, Regional or Globally managed business) to gather and validate business requirements of complex solutions. Advise on best possible option to respond to business requirements. Identify gaps in existing functionalities and options for improvement. Make decisions, provide recommendations, and resolve conflict raised by the project team or stakeholders to drive solutions in the correct direction.If you are fluent in Spanish, based in Spain, and meet the qualifications for this position, we encourage you to apply.
