Our client, a Technological Start Up is searching for a full-time position of Senior VicePresident (SVP) of Human Resources (HR). Reporting to the CFO, the SVP of HR willlead and oversee our Global HR function and operations, shape business-aligned HRstrategies, and contribute to the company's growth. The SVP of HR will play a strategicrole in developing and implementing HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align withthe company's vision and mission.Responsabilidades Lead Global HR operations comprising HR, Office managing and being a keypiece for Corporate ESG implementation. Build HR team to support short-term and long-term global business andcorporate objectives. Work and collaborate with the C-Suite group and the rest of the seniorleadership to gain insight into the business objectives and strategies associatedwith employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and companyculture. Develop and implement policies, HR processes and training. Execute initiatives and create surveys to support and optimize humanresources strategies and compliance. Oversee or administer human resources programs, including benefits,compensation, leave, talent and performance management, recognition,workplace health and safety, development and training. Identify recruitment, employment relations and needs. Develop and implement HR practices, such as hiring and talent management. Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with legal requirements, andsuggest the best practices, modifications, and reviews to maintain adherence. Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologiesin human resource management, employment law, and talent management,and apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies,practices, and resources to senior management. Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Work actively with C-Suite to implement the corporate and cross-cutting ESGlong- term strategy and procedures. Manage job satisfaction among employees.Requisitos Excellent communication skills in English (C2/near native) and Spanish, bothwritten and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities. Outstanding people skills. Strategic thinking abilities regarding workforce planning. Experience in developing and executing people strategy internationally. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven experience in leadingdepartments and teams. Excellent knowledge of HR strategy, recruitment, engagement, cultural change,reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, HR systems andbudgets. Ability to adapt to the needs of the company and its employees. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the employment legislationinternationally (including health and safety) and regulations in employeerelations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures. Ability to lead or oversee the development of effective international employmentpolicies. Practice of embedding HR practices that drive people and performanceexcellence. Ability to develop and nurture relationships across the business. Experience in determining, measuring and analyzing relevant KPIs for incentiveschemes. Familiar with start-up culture and ecosystem. Adaptable; ability to wear many hats.Formación y experiencia Bachelor ́s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,or other human resources-related fields. A master’s degree in HR, Business management or related field is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in human resources managementis required. International work experience working with international teams. Experience in a fast-paced agile startup environment or in a public company.Bonus Points For: Knowledge of Big Data and AI industries.
