SERVICE PLATFORM OWNER

As a Service Platform Owner, you will be responsible for the direction and management of the Analytics platform, driving the strategic direction of the Analytics platform aligned with business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance.
You would have the end-to-end responsibility for decisions and outcomes related to epics/features/services, with a mission to shape and implement products that transform customer journey.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business Manage approvals of any modification & enhancements on the platform that address emerging business, user or regulatory needs or new configuration Ensure creation of plans related to any needed upgrades that are required to keep the platform aligned to the IT products and services delivered with the organization Guide teams to define and deliver the platform roadmap required to support the business growth and transformation bets by translating business needs into product plans that incorporate appropriate internal and external research Work with business stakeholders to arrive at common agreements & understanding on business impact of the Platform in order to create new ways of improvement Lead and create the vision and roadmap of the platform in partnership with business leaders & technology partners Manage prioritization and trade-offs/ technical debt, proactively identify and resolve any strategic issues that may impact the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Governance and forecasting of required _VOIS Capex/Opex for the Operations and Roadmap deliveries over the year &definition and implementation of the a Cost Model Framework Interface with ART’s to articulate new features required and scheduling platform tech debt With these skills you are a great candidate.
