We are specifically targeting the energy storage and green hydrogen applications with our truly unique capabilities.The positionResponsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and customers in the Iberian market, driving sales of services and equipment from the service catalog. Key tasks include building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, ensuring service delivery to meet sales targets, and supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.Main responsibilitiesManages the customer portfolio: smooth running of orders, maintenance and development of commercial relationships, ensures visits.Ensures compliance with contractual clauses, the good quality of the service provided or the equipment sold and customer satisfaction.Contributes to the growth of turnover in its sector by exploiting data from the installed base: implementation of framework contracts, retrofit proposals, training.Develops commercial offers based on service FAE costings for complex consultations (retrofit, system replacement, etc.).Performs costing for simple consultations (spare parts, training, etc.) in coordination with the service costing manager.Ensures the updating of its pipeline: status of opportunities, customer accounts and all related parameters in the appropriate tools (CRM, S4H, TOL).Distributes all required documents and information (OEF, customer order, offer, costing) to the ADV department for recording orders upon receipt.Qualifications and requirementsIdeally, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, though other qualifications will be considered.A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer account management and technical sales, preferably in power electronics or similar industries.Strong knowledge of secure power supply systems such as chargers and inverters.Proficiency in using CRM, costing tools, and ERP systems.English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.Home office is an option, but 1-2 days per week onsite in Vitoria-Gasteiz is required.Customer visits will account for 50-60% of the time.What We OfferA career in AEG Power Solutions is not just a job.
