If you're ready to take your career to new heights and be a part of something truly innovative, apply now and let's embark on this exciting journey together!Activities:Application & Development area: Develop and implement best practices for Servicenow platform:Release and deployment strategyDevelopment strategy and best practicesConfiguration, and customizationArchitecture area: Lead and implement an architectural function toEnsure architecture review council is stood up as forum for design decision makingOwn Foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion of the platform for each new capability implementedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform's capabilities with business needs and objectives.Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvementManagement: manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow technical leadsPosition: you will report to the COEI Lead (CET timezone). Relationships with worldwide teams:Operations inside and outside the COEI, running the platform and all its Applications.Delivery: Project managers and their Agile squadsServiceNow COEI: Solution Architect, Architecture Lead, Demand Managers, Product Owners, User Experience Lead, Change and Strategy Lead, Innovation LeadHard Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Servicenow certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - which impliesExperience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilitiesMinimum ServiceNow Certifications (current):Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.)ServiceNow experience : Evidence of involvement as an architect or technical lead in at least 3 global ServiceNow projects or programs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsFluent in EnglishAgile background is a plusSoft Skills:CommunicationSolution orientationLeadershipIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for Servicenow and a proven track record in technical platform management, we would love to hear from you.”Please note that at Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
