Join us at Mimacom as a Site Reliability Engineer and let's create something amazing together!What You'll Do:As part of our team, your contributions will help ensure the reliability and performance of critical applications for one of our most important clients. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a key role in monitoring, managing, and optimizing systems to support business continuity. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure smooth integration of changes and enhance system reliability.Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis to improve system resilience. Contribute to postmortem processes to continuously refine operational strategies.Monitor applications from the perspectives of availability, security, and performance. Manage applications to maximize uptime and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs), ensuring business continuity.Analyze and resolve issues, providing solutions and processing reported support tickets.Automate deployment jobs and streamline the development pipeline.Work with Kubernetes, API gateways, service mesh, distributed tracing, and deployment strategies to optimize system performance.What You'll Need:We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:At least 5+ years of experience working in similar roles.Familiarity with Java to effectively navigate and support our systems.In-depth knowledge of AWS.Experience with Datadog or other monitoring tools, with a strong focus on monitoring, logging, and ensuring system performance.Solid experience in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes.Professional level of English.You are based in Spain, or are willing to relocate.Even if you don’t check off every one of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you.
