We specialize in SEO, technical audits, content creation, social media, and performance marketing for clients across the globe.Position Overview:We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to lead and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest—you name it). The ideal candidate is both creative and data-obsessed, with a knack for testing, scaling, and squeezing the most out of every ad dollar.You’ll be key to driving results for both ClickCrows and our clients, crafting ad strategies that perform while keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of social media trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to develop scroll-stopping creatives and copy.Create detailed reports and present campaign results and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients.Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creatives.Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.Work hand-in-hand with the SEO and content teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and strong returns.Qualifications:Proven experience running successful paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.Strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.Proficiency with ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).Solid grasp of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.Bonus points for experience with Google Ads, programmatic display, or influencer marketing.A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A buzzing, collaborative workspace in the heart of Barcelona.Career growth opportunities in a fast-moving startup environment.Regular team events, celebrations, and creative brainstorms.If you’re ready to help brands thrive with smart, powerful paid social campaigns—we want to hear from you!
