SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Drowsy is looking for a full time social media & content manager. You will be 100% in charge of our social and content implementation including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest and blog posting. The position requires full engagement with the brand and ongoing campaigns so that our content game is 110%. We want a bubbly, energetic and proactive manager who is native to social media and has at least 2 years experience growing brands online. Founded in 2020, Drowsy made its mark with its viral padded sleep mask and is now a leader in the beauty sleep industry, offering a range of products including pillowcases, scrunchies, candles, and more. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate Drowsy’s online presence and foster a vibrant community.Job Description:As the Social Media Manager at Drowsy Sleep Co., you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support our marketing and sales goals. You will play a key role in managing our brand image across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, brand identity, and target audience.Content Creation: Produce, edit, and share engaging content daily that builds meaningful connections and encourages community interaction.Community Management: Monitor social media accounts, promptly respond to comments, questions, and messages, and foster positive interactions with our followers.Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, utilizing insights to continuously optimize content and strategy.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure content is informative, visually appealing, and on-brand.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platforms, and trends, and incorporate them into our strategies when relevant.Influencer Marketing: Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Fluent in English (all communication will be in English).Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, either agency or brand-side.Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.A creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Previous experience in, or passion for, the beauty industry.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Flexible work schedule with options for remote work.A fun, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
