Want to discover more? Read on.Social Media SpecialistThe key function of this role is to curate, manage and create content for Camper’s Social Media platforms. Crafting engaging narratives to captivate audiences is a must, as well as monitoring and adapting Social Media trends which resonate with the brand.Main accountabilitiesCurate, manage and oversee social media content provided by creators, partners, photographers, freelancers and internal teams.Gather and develop content references & inspirations for Social Media content creation.Engaging and on-brand content editing, aimed at Instagram and TikTok.Input on unified social strategies to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and audience engagement.Collaborate with copywriters, designers and photographers/videographers to ensure content is engaging and adapted to each Social Media platform. Follow-up and understanding of key Social Media metrics such as Engagement Rate, Community growth, Reach, etc.Curation and search of Social Media content creators.Expertise in Social Media platforms aimed at Influencer Management, Post Scheduling and monitoring.Analyse success of Social Media projects & collaborations to extract key learnings.Support to build-up & follow-up on Social Media calendar creation.Ensure maintenance of on-brand dialogues throughout all social channels, triggering social conversation.Communicating with industry professionals and creators to create a strong network.Up-to-date knowledge regarding Social Media platform-specific digital trends & developments.Collaborate with different teams such as Copy, Photo & Video, Content, Product, Merchandising, Art Direction & Creative Direction.Implement learnings from reporting into content creation to ensure evolution & content performance.Optimise engaging storytelling across existing platforms and identify opportunities in new platforms.Provide guidelines for external & internal parties Social Media parties such as creators, distributors, photographers & freelancers.Curation and guidance of Camper’s distributor Social Media accounts.Flexibility to travel, to cover key moments such as events, collaborations & shootings.Skills and capabilities:Proven work experience as a Social Media curation & creator, or similar role (3-5years).Degree in Fashion, Communications, Design, or relevant field.Hands-on experience with Social Media management.Experience planning and leading communications initiatives.Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.Creative mindset.Ability to interpret and interiorise complex social media data.Good understanding of social media KPIs.Able to have constant initiative and feedback to improve results.Be on top of the latest social media trends and platforms.Familiarity with graphic design and photography.Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.Excellent multitasking skills.Good time-management skills.Project Management experience.High proficiency in written and spoken EnglishFamiliarity with the Fashion industry.
