We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to become a core part of our journey. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s presence by supporting all social media activities.As a social media specialist, you will be the brand’s eyes and ears on social media, and will partner closely with different stakeholders in bringing the brand to life on social. You will bring social-first thinking to our team, ideating, developing, publishing, and then measuring social content, as well as proactively identifying opportunities for engagement.To be successful in this role, you will have solid social writing, editing, and publishing skills, with an appreciation for how social can help our brand building efforts.Main responsibilitiesHelp translate our brand and business goals into a relevant social media strategy.Exemplify the brand voice and tone in all community interactions.Craft copy and support asset development for social posts.Maintain workflows and processes for community management.Exhibit strong cultural competency and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.Manage and organize content and assets as needed.Work with analytics to provide learnings and recommendations based on current trends.Basic qualificationsA minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in digital, community management, or social media related efforts.Solid grasp of core social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and how they are used.Verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish.Preferred qualificationsExperience translating brand principles to social mediaPassion for social media, from both a branding and cultural perspective, and an understanding of content best practices across social channelsGreat writing skillsStrong attention to detailExperience with lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands on socialPlease submit your application in English, including a CV, personal letter, and portfolio (if available).Start date: No later than January 13th, 2025.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews may begin prior to the deadline, so we encourage early submissions.
