Software Architect – Identity & Access Management (Hybrid Setup)As a Software Architect, you’ll take charge of the architectural design and technical implementation of cutting-edge CIAM solutions, all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work setup that balances working from home and the office.About the TeamYou'll be part of the CIAM team within the Security division, responsible for ensuring secure and controlled access for B2B partners to critical applications and services. Our team plays a crucial role in cybersecurity engineering, operations, governance, risk, and compliance, contributing to the broader security strategy of the organization.Your RoleTake ownership of the software architecture for the B2B CIAM landscape.Lead the transformation to enhance the resiliency, automation, and standardization of CIAM services.Act as a technical lead for delivering new services and improving existing ones.Collaborate with experts across the team to integrate new services smoothly within the organization.Requirements:8+ years of experience in professional software development, working on large and complex applications.Experience in areas such as software engineering, solution architecture, API architecture, or event-driven architecture.A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.Proven ability to push architecture topics forward independently or as part of a team.Strong communication and presentation skills in English.Nice-to-Have:A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) as a discipline, specifically in CIAM.Technical skills in modern authentication & authorization protocols.Familiarity with IT service management, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.), or identity providers (IdPs).Experience with security audits, penetration testing, or offensive security.Relevant certifications such as SANS GIAC, CISSP, CCSP.Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance in a regulated industry.Experience in agile environments, including DevOps and DevSecOps automation.
