Also, to support the business in delivering high-quality answers to the world's most successful insights companies.The TeamThis position is for a software engineer who likes new challenges and is looking for opportunities to grow their career. We are a fast-moving, supporting, and curious globally distributed team. Right now, we are doing a lot of Next.js, Java, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes with a DevOps mindset, and event-driven architecture.QualificationsWhat You Will DoWith a Remote-first Mindset, You Would Join An International Team With The Possibility To Work From Our Offices Around The Globe When Needed. Your Focus In The Role Would Be:Work across our entire tech stack, collaborating on the cloud-native and web solutions including web applications, REST apis, internal jobs/tools and event driven systems.Build reliable, maintainable, well documented features that will scale to support millions of respondentsDemonstrate a curiosity about developing software, learning new technologies and work with senior/staff engineers to expand your skills.Execute full software development life cycle as part of an Agile team, including: Collaborate with the team to refine and modify requirements, follow established design paradigms and design patterns, follow strong unit testing and integration testing practicesDrive delivery at a story/feature/bug level as a member of a self organized scrum team.Participate in an on-call rotation to monitor and support shipped features for success and issuesSupport the business teams and product managers in data extracts and data analysisWhat We Are Looking ForAt least 1-2 years of hands-on software development experience in Java, Go/Golang, C#, Python or other modern web technologies.Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Ability to collaborate with peers to debug and solve problems that meet customer needsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAims to push the limits of your knowledge and experience every dayEnjoys working as part of a teamBonus Points If You HaveDo you have experience in Python, Scala or other technologies?Do you have experience with Docker, Terraform/Cloud Formation, AWS and other devops technologies?Or are you interested to learn?That’s a plus for us!
