Sourcing Specialist   The following position is is open in Madrid, Spain.

Role Responsibilities Develop and manage sourcing strategies for the goods and services supplied.
When appropriate agree sourcing strategy with International Procurement leadership team and key internal stakeholders.
This will involve a close working relationship with internal customers and a detailed understanding of their procurement requirements.
Money scope targeted 20M EUR.
Responsible for New Packaging Development projects.
Proactively carry out the appropriate sourcing arrangements with existing and new vendors to deliver the goods and services in the most cost-efficient manner to Suntory Global Spirits in Spain.
Delivering cost savings is an essential feature of this role.
Support to the International procurement function in terms of information and/or negotiations for International or Global sourcing/procurement projects when required in coordination with the Segovia Sourcing Manager.
Seek and promote wherever possible to consolidate and leverage purchases across the Suntory group.
Oversee and manage sourcing processes through SAP Ariba (BuyWise), aligning the different internal client and key stakeholders with the milestones and necessities of Suntory Global Spirits.
Qualifications Experience in purchasing and direct negotiation with working knowledge of legal terms and conditions and constructing agreements.
Fundamental knowledge of the Supply Chain and the impact that Procurement has on it through having experience in the FMCG environment.
Experienced negotiator.
Commercial negotiation skills with a numerate, logical and analytical approach.
Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence others within the business and develop partnerships with internal customers.
Enthusiastic and pro-active with a can-do attitude.
Experience in the use of SAP Ariba, managing sourcing processes end to end.
