SPA RECEPTIONIST

At Iberostar we are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team in our hotel JOIA Aruba by Iberostar located in Aruba, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us.

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission will be to be Attend and provide information to customers who come to the SPA to ensure that their requirements are met.
As a Spa Receptionist What will your day-to-day work be like?.
- Administrative responsibilities, reporting to the Spa Manager.
-Fill out the report of the health questionnaires to manage the information, ensuring data protection.
-Keep track of the report of SPA points of each collaborator to provide them with the benefits of the program.
-Order supplies to maintain the necessary stock for the operation.
-Read emails to timely follow up on requests from different departments and guests.
-Follow up on guest requests through the APP to ensure their needs are met.
-Attend the departmental briefing to be informed of the operation.
-Attend assigned courses and trainings for professional development -Make good use and ensure the care of the electronic equipment assigned for its operation.
-Correctly carry out charges for services, discounts and promotions.
-Request authorization from the SPA Management to make adjustments and cancellations of customer accounts.
-Follow the procedures of the hygiene and health regulations required for the operation of the SPA.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
-Highschool Degree.
Experience / Knowledge.
1 year experience in the specific position.
Basic in administration.
Intermediate in sales.
Intermediate in customer service.
Tools.
Management of office packages or similar.
