Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll take ownership and deliver on marketing projects, from acquisition strategy to marketing communication plans.
Responsibilities.

define Marketing priorities to acquire and retain customers in the new market, from priority levers (Perf.
marketing, CRM, Partnerships, etc.) to objectives and needs.
Execution and iteration of Marketing priorities.
execute on priority levers with the help of the whole Marketing team & potential external partners to grow the customer base, in line with objectives (budget, CAC, etc.).
This requires to properly perform tests at a fast pace to identify most performing levers and areas for improvement.
Community building and customer insights.
as local Marketing manager, build a strong customer community & collect as many insights as possible to influence Marketing &/or Product decisions.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in B2C marketing in a similar role (food industry is a plus!) Languages.
fluent in English & Spanish native speakerEntrepreneurial mindset.
organized, execution-oriented & resourceful in order to test levers at a face paceData-driven approach.
strong understanding of Marketing KPIs & focused on backing decisions with analyses
