It supplies both original and equivalent products, as well as support services for drivers through the Magneti Marelli Checkstar network of workshops and body shops.As a global yet fast-evolving company, we're looking for team members who want to grow and evolve with us.About the role:We are looking for a Spain Trade Marketing Manager who will join Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team to support the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Spain Country Manager; this position is based at our office in the Province of Barcelona.As a Spain Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Deliver planned revenue, volume, and gross margin of the company.Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.Define the pricing strategy of each product family by coordinating the product managers.Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.Daily interaction with Product Management and EMEA Marketing Communication.Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.Communication activities through social media, websites and sector journals.Collaboration and participation in customers trade fairs and exhibitions.Leading and coordinating the marketing team. What you will bring:Education: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.Foreign Languages: English (mandatory). Previous experience of at least 4/5 years.Soft Skills: communicational skills, organizational skills, target orientation, customer orientation, business acumen, negotiation skills, analytical skills, management skills.Technical Competencies: negotiation techniques, marketing techniques, technical knowledge about product, knowledge of automotive spare parts industry, knowledge of Office Package.  Availability to business trips.
