JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support  (Spanish Language Specialist) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (Army) | Mission & Installation Contacting Command -Fort Liberty Generally Located In Fort Liberty - North Carolina and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Spanish Language Specialist | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY] Deliver Spanish language instruction to service members.
Create lesson plans and POIs to address militaryspecific language needs.
Facilitate immersive language training, incorporating both language skills and cultural context.
Evaluate language proficiency and track progress with DLPT Qualifications Desired Qualifications For Spanish Language Specialist | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY] (ARMY) Candidates.
Native or nearnative fluency in Spanish.
Strong understanding of Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and adult learning strategies.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of language instruction experience, with preference for military language programs.
Skills Required Fluency in Spanish with a strong grasp of grammar and usage.
Strong understanding of military terminology and cultural context.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to military need Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)  Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment Ancillary Details Of The Roles Must be comfortable teaching in an immersive and technologically supported environment.
Travel may be required for onsite instruction at military bases In compliance with national standards, the role requires constant professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest methodologies and best practices in language instruction.
The ability to work within a variety of teaching environments, including in-person, online, and hybrid settings.
